Laurent BAYON

A former judge, Laurent BAYON has developed over the course of his career both experience and transversal legal skills as a judge and adviser of politics, the National Assembly and ministerial private offices.

For nearly ten years, he served as Parliamentary Counsel to a political group in the National Assembly, in charge of commercial law, civil law, family law, new technologies law and public procurement. He was also counselor responsible for school safety and relations with the associations of the Minister of National Education, Youth and Community Life from 2010 to 2012


As a judge, he served at the Bar-le-Duc Court (55), the Nanterre District Court and the Asnières District Court (92). In the performance of his duties, he dealt with family litigation, general and financial crime as well as litigation in consumer law. He chaired a Social Security Court and an Alien Expulsion Commission.


Laurent Bayon holds a master's degree in public law, a postgraduate degree from the University of Lyon III and the Ecole Nationale Superieure de la Police and the Ecole Nationale de la Magistrature.


Laurent Bayon is a knight in the order of the Palmes académiques.
